Telephone and Mail

  XBRG uses a network of vendors to supply telephone and mail fieldwork for your research projects. The best vendor is selected to meet project constraints of time, money, and methodology. Every call center selected uses Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing (CATI) stations. CATI software automates the labor-intensive manual tasks needed to create marketing research questionnaires, conduct interviewing, and manage studies. That means time and cost savings for you. But, rest assured ... quality is never sacrificed. XBRG's staff insists on a professional and respectful demeanor from telephone interviewers at all times and industry-standard-or-better validation and monitoring processes.

Focus Group Facilities
XBRG's on-site (Los Angeles, CA) focus group facility offers a large conference room with a two-way mirror and the latest in video equipment. The room easily accommodates up to 12 respondents and a moderator. The spacious client viewing room seats eight and is perfect for watching and listening to the research unfold. Should additional viewer space be required, a nearby conference room can be equipped with additional viewing monitors at a moment's notice. Just minutes from LAX, our facility is conveniently located in an office complex, staffed by on-site security, and easy to find.

But, there is more to a successful focus group than just the facility. XBRG offers first-rate moderators, led by Vince Vaccarelli. In addition, XBRG's proven network of domestic and international recruiting houses is ready to meet all your recruiting needs. Whether your groups take place at XBRG's facility or at another facility more appropriate to your requirements, you can rest assured that only the highest-quality research will result.

On-Line Services
The Internet presents a unique opportunity to locate busy or remote respondents who are otherwise impossible to find or gather together. It also provides an efficient vehicle for conducting complex research, such as conjoint analyses, or for displaying graphics. When used appropriately, Internet-based research is an invaluable tool.
